
2025 SpartanNash Food Solutions Expo Vendor Booth Registration
Each year, the Food Solutions Expo brings customers and vendors together to network, unlock the best deals of the season and strategize ways to grow in the future. The 2025 in-person event will take place July 30-31 at the DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Mich.
This is our biggest event of the year, which is why we’re excited to deliver the best offers to our independent customers! All vendors must complete the Vendor Booth Registration using the button below by Friday, May 23.

For Brokers
If you are a broker registering multiple vendors, you will complete one booth registration submission per department and ensure the fee amounts assigned to each vendor add up to the total booth fee.
Unless indicated otherwise, brokers will be billed for their registration in its entirety. Please determine if you would like the fees to be broken down by company.

Attendee registration launches in June. You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Go to www.experiencegr.com to explore your hotel options and book your reservation.
