2026 Virtual Food Solutions Expo Vendor Booth Registration

Each spring, the Virtual Food Solutions Expo provides SpartanNash’s suppliers and customers with opportunities to connect, drive sales, and share industry insights.

All SpartanNash customers are invited to join us for the 2026 Spring Virtual Food Solutions Expo, with online ordering available Feb. 3 to March 4 and a live virtual auction on the Expo Order Portal on Feb. 18. Together, we will deliver the best deals for spring and summer, building on our history of innovation and partnership.

Vendor booth registration is open now through Monday, December 5.

    – Customer ordering window

    – Spring Virtual Expo - Department auctions

For Brokers

If you are a broker registering multiple vendors, you will complete one booth registration submission per department and ensure the fee amounts assigned to each vendor add up to the total booth fee.

Unless indicated otherwise, brokers will be billed for their registration in its entirety. Please determine if you would like the fees to be broken down by company.
